What type of clients do you work with?

We have so many amazing clients that we have the honor to work with here at Rock Solid! We work with small business owners in the creative, financial, and administrative industries, as well as CEOs of firms and bigger companies.

What type of services do you offer?

We work with industry-leading VAs who specialize in everything from full social media management, project management, copywriting and editing, email marketing, course creation and management, data reporting and tracking, inbox management, and scheduling services. Essentially, we can do anything you need, except pick up your dry cleaning and take your kiddos to soccer practice!

Where are your assistants from?

All of our assistants are US-based and go through our rigorous process for evaluating and vetting our Virtual Assistants. We've become unapologetic about the high standard we hold our assistants to which means we only work with the best of the best.

Why should I work with a VA through Rock Solid?

Are your VAs direct employees or INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS?

All of our VAs are independent contractors. When you work with Rock Solid, you can leave the interviewing, vetting, and hiring process to us, as well as all of the paperwork that comes with building your team. Do you get stressed just thinking about 1099's and W-9s? Then you're in the right place because we handle that all!

How many hours do I need a VA for?

This is a question we love, and one you'll get to talk through on your discovery call with Tracy! Once we get to know you, hear about your business needs, we can find a good starting point for you! Our contracts start at 10 hours a week and go up from there, with most of our contracts falling in the range of 10-15 hours. We think you'll be surprised by how much a Virtual Assistant can do for you in only 10-12 hours with their skill and efficiency.

Is it common to have nerves about this process?

Yes! You have worked hard to build a business and you've put your heart, time, and finances into making it what it is today. We don't take that lightly and we know that nerves are part of the process. This is a new step for many of our clients, but have comfort knowing that it's not a new step or new process for us. That's what we are here for! And we've seen time and time again how getting the right VA eases those nerves quicker than you'd think!

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FAQs

How does the matching process work?

During your application & interview process we begin analyzing your strengths and weaknesses, as well as your experience. We take that information and begin looking at our waiting client database to see which matches will make the best teams. Our intentionality in our matching process is unparalleled to any other matching process in the industry.

How many hours would I be working?

Our VAs work anywhere from 10-30 hours per week. It depends on the needs of our clients and the availability of our VAs. We do not guarantee full-time.

How competitive is your pay?

Our pay for VAs is very competitive. Rock Solid pays one of the highest rates in the industry because we have the best VAs in the industry.

Can I have work outside of Rock Solid?

Yes. You are welcome to work with clients not associated with Rock Solid. You can have side projects and a part-time job. However, we do not work with VAs who have a full-time job. We want to be able to serve our clients in the best way possible. We do not feel that someone in the position with a full-time job will be able to carry out their responsibilities with that much time being pulled elsewhere.

Do you contract with assistants outside of the USA?

No. At this time, we only work with VAs in the USA.
